NASA astronauts Williams, Nick Hague, and Butch Wilmore, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Gorbunov returned to Earth early Wednesday aboard SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft. The spacecraft returned without them in September. "It has been a test of patience, courage, and the boundless human spirit," Narendra Modi said.
